Digital Downloads & Templates
What do I receive after purchase?
You’ll receive instant access to your digital download(s), plus an email confirmation with your download link. Most products include a Canva template link and a short guide to help you edit and export your files.
Is this a physical product?
No — all products are digital downloads. Nothing will be posted to you.
Do I need Canva to use the templates?
Yes. My templates are designed in Canva so you can edit them quickly and easily without needing specialist design software.
Can I edit the templates in the free version of Canva?
In most cases, yes. If a template uses any Pro elements (like premium fonts/photos), Canva will prompt you to swap them for free alternatives. (I always recommend keeping it simple and brand-aligned.)
Can I use these for client work / commercial use?
Yes — you can use the templates for your business and client work. You can’t resell, redistribute, or share the template files/links as standalone products.
Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
Because these are instant digital downloads, I can’t offer refunds once a file has been accessed. If you’ve any issues with the download or the link, message me and I’ll help you get sorted.
I’m not confident with design — will this still work for me?
Yes. Everything is created to be practical and easy to use. The templates are structured, simple to edit, and designed to help you look consistent without spending hours figuring it out.
Can you customise a template for me?
Sometimes — if you’d like a template adjusted to suit your brand (fonts/colours/layout), you can get in touch and I’ll let you know what’s possible and the turnaround time.

Do you offer 1:1 branding and marketing support?
Yes. I offer a limited number of 1:1 branding, website and marketing projects each year. This includes services such as logo and brand identity design, Shopify website design, social media management, and digital marketing support.
To ensure quality and focus, this work is offered on a selective, case-by-case basis.
